The Thru-Hiker part of the users of the PCT is a very, very small
portion of the overall users, but is the majority of the guests at
Hiker Haven.

I think these are two very different issues. Even if the number of
thrus  doubled, it would not approach a fraction of the number yearly
users of Little Jimmy Campground by weekenders and day hikers.
