[pct-l] California section C over thanksgiving weekend?

Does anyone know the current or expected conditions of California section C
around this time of year?

Specifically from mile ~210 at the cabazon I10 crossing (aka ziggy and the
bear area) to mile ~266 hwy18/big bear. I know this area does get snow, but
the ski resort is reporting no snow and the daytime temps seem to be well
above freezing so I’m hoping it’s not too late to hike here. Any opinions
from locals most welcome!
