[pct-l] Walker Pass Bus Stop

I've taken that bus twice. It isn't necessary to call ahead, but you have to flag it down.

If I recall, it only runs 3 days a week (Mon Wed Fri), and only stops at
Walker Pass if you've called ahead to schedule a pickup. Since there's
no phone coverage near Walker Pass, this is hard to do. The drivers are
supposed to watch for hikers who haven't called, though.
