[pct-l] Bear Can & Powerhouse Fire

As for the powerhouse fire detour, in '15 when we hiked the trail, we
stayed at a wide place along the road walk (479.8).  It was away from the
road, flat, with good coverage.  All and ask not a bad location.

luck enough to get it.
