I forgot to mention the cheese.  Depending what I am doing, I bring cheeses.  For the chili pot burritos ( I just tear up tortillas and stick em in the pot).  And Parmesan for the pasta and coos coos.   Cheese and crackers with salami or tuna is always a big plus and humus, another thing I like to add olive oil
