[pct-l] Echo lake to HW80/Donner pass_exit transportation

Amtrak will pick you up with a bus in Truckee but only if you use it to
connect to their train at some point. So call or go online to Amtrak. Where
do you live? I'm sure you can use a train for part of that distance.
