[pct-l] Bear Cannister Requirements after Sonora

IMHO, when in bear country use a canister and try not to teach the bears where
and who has the food.
Even though canisters are not required around the Tahoe area, the Ranger
Stations provide free use
of bear cans since this is an active area.
Me, I always carry my can in the Tahoe area, I'm not looking to be the one who
starts teaching bad habits to the bears.
