Mathematically speaking:

In total pounds [(25+175)=(30+170)=200]; Yes.

In pack weight as a percentage of body weight; No
25 is 14% of 175
30 is 18% of 170

30 pounds on a 170 pound body means you will have to expend more energy to
cover the same distance. The degree of significance the difference makes
depends on distance, duration, topography, and your physical condition, but
it will be cumulative over time.
