[pct-l] Bear Canister requirement after Sonora Pass

Bear canisters are not required north of Yosemite.  Hence Sonora Pass to 
Echo Lake is a bear-canister-free area.  you will be lucky to see a bear 
on this stretch of trail.  Bears are hunted here, and are extremely shy 
of humans.
