[pct-l] Current conditions?

Thanks for all of the great reports and tips, especially Pete (very
descriptive. Good luck with the rest) Home issues have caused me to cancel
my next segment for the month of April. Hoping for May, cool weather, and a
decrease in the snow and ice.
