Please - don't waste your money. Vitamins and nutritional supplements have
no proven clinical benefits (but some proven harms) and are often
adulterated. They are a scam. This article pretty well summarizes the

Try not to eat an all-pasta/mashed potatoes diet and you should be fine.
Have a salad on your nero and zero days. If you don't want to buy
freeze-dried foods with vegetables in them, every grocery store you
encounter on the trail will have dried fruits available.
Better yet, make your own dehydrated meals. It's not hard, and it lets you
control the ingredients and serving size. Chef Glenn's site is excellent,
as is his book. I have been making many of these recipes and they are
