Been reading conflicting information about the Idyllwild detour, that the trail is closed at Cedar Springs (HM 162.6) or at Spitler (168+). Has anyone done this section recently who could verify the closure? Would much rather save a few miles at Spitler and do it legally. Many thanks, Jazmin
