[pct-l] Portland to Cascade Locks public transportation

Hello,
 I am wondering if anyone has information about getting transportation
 from the Portland airport to Cascade Locks? I've checked the internet and
have found none that I can afford or works as far as time goes.Are there
any trail angels out that way that could help or does anyone have info
about public transportation that is affordable?
