[pct-l] Mobile Phone Coverage North of Toulumne

Inevitably,

Someone will say this info is outdated.  However,  as a point of comparison
for connectivity on the PCT and understanding that connectivity usually
gets better over time....I think that this will be useful to you if you are
not already familiar with this data.  I hope that updates to this data
eventually can mirror the same process as the PCT water report...
.that will provide more current, real-time updates.
