I purchased one brand called Solio and it was junk / never worked. The beauty of it was that it was small and light weight. 
When I contacted their customer service department, I was politely ignored.i.e. they never even responded. Only after I posted a comment like this elsewheredid I receive a note via a posted response suggesting that I contact them again.Nope. Been there, done that. I suggest avoiding that brand if they're even still around.
