ALDHA-West Winter Rucks are a great opportunity to for those getting ready for their first long distance hike to ask questions and learn from our experienced community.  It's also a ton of fun for both new and experienced hikers to socialize with old friends and meet new people.

  *   Food for the trail and resupply logistics
  *   Leave No Trace
  *   Oregon Coast Trail
  *   Hiking the Oregon Coast Trail

Sunday morning you'll have the option of attending breakout sessions on specific topics, going for a hike, or doing trail work.
