[pct-l] Kite Mosquito Patch

I don't think the patch is available yet, but I've used their spray on a
couple backpacking trips. It seemed just as effective as deet without all
the nastiness of deet and it smells good too (like vanilla). I'd definitely
like to try the patch when it comes out!
