[pct-l] KM to LA

there are definitively easier locations to get off the trail further south,
but near KM you could do a one way car rental out of Inyokern (~$80). Not the
cheapest option, but definitively the fastest. Also consider Burbank or
Ontario Airport, I used both in the past to get to access the trail.
