[pct-l] Nose Bleeds

I second the Vaseline. It was disgusting as a kid but my dad did the 
same thing, Vaseline in the nose. I grew up in Nevada with very dry air 
and constantly had a bloody nose. After using the Vaseline method I 
never had a bloody nose.
