[pct-l] Water in California Section N

Jim,

When I came through in August 2013, there was trailhead parking at Highway 36.

I found plenty of water in that dry year, but this year is even drier.  

Cold Springs Camp is 19 miles into the section and was gushing. Little Cub at 29 miles had good flow too.
