[pct-l] Section F status - post storm

Hi Folks,

Thinking about flying out (from Texas) and doing Section F over 
Thanksgiving.

A check w Caltrans suggests that Hwy 58 is open and traffic is unimpeded.

I'm curious about the trail state and if anybody knew of any 
impediments. Particularly curious about the first few miles parallel to 58.
