[pct-l] Any southbounders out in this flooding?

This video shows that the major flood hit the levee at MP 568 and was too much for the culvert to handle. The mud built up in the culvert and the water and mud flowed down the westbound lanes. The video shows the scene from the air.

Here's a video that was just published by a local photographer... pretty
much confirming what I was told -- there are a few sections that are washed
out. This is that section that parallels the highway on private land
