[pct-l] drinking at Dinsmores

I asked Jerry about his drinking concerns with hikers when I was there the
first part of August.  He said they hadn't had any real problems with
drinking (alcohol) but had other issues of disrespect so they were cutting
off drinking as a preventive measure.  No real story of hikers being out of
control.
