[pct-l] Mountainhouse dehydrated food expiration

I have quite a few expired Mountainhouse dehydrated food packages that expired a couple years ago.. {10}.   . I've always thought sealed package expirations are just to cover the companies behind. Lol  ,  but I would think you would still have a few years after expiration..  . Any opinions on that?  Maybe I can take one for the team on a little experiment and try   lol. Actually   Not a bad idea... Lol. What's the worst that can happen?  I have a cast iron stomach.
