I was viewing entries at the PCTA site-

and found a posted image of the spring box at Golden Oaks Spring.

It appears that an enclosure has been constructed
prohibiting the cattle from getting to the embankment
wherein exists the springs' source.

It appears that a stile of barbed wire and metal fence posts have been
constructed.
Note the parallel fencing (image left and center background) comprising the
property boundary (?) and the stile.

Having not been there yet this year, I'm making an educated guess.
