I need to hike the section from Fuller Ridge (Mile 191) down to Interstate 10 (Mile 210). Has anyone been on the trail in that area recently so as to report on the snow situation? Also, does anyone know if it's possible to drive a two-wheel drive SUV up Black Mountain Road and Fuller Ridge Trail Road to get to the PCT to start such a hike?
