[pct-l] Trekking Poles

Poles: highly recommended for balance, for taking stress off knees etc on
long downhills, aid in crossings, etc.  I went looking for the ones that
would pack down as short as possible, for ease of packing on the airplane.
5 or 6 years ago, that was the Black Diamond flick-lock's ('Mountaineer'
poles, I think?)  - no doubt there are cheaper and lighter ones out there.
