[pct-l] Lake Fire

It looks like the fire has burned into the area that was burned over a few years ago. So it shouldn't burn much further east.

morning, the fire has reached the trail and has burned/is burning from
about mi. 237 to 242. It seems to be spread towards the trail, so that
could get worse. Sad news.
