[pct-l] section E

Was just looking through closure notices for the trail on pcta.org and saw
the following warning for section E:

"Due to law enforcement activity going on in the area near Bear Camp we do
not recommend camping nor traveling at night in the stretch of trail north
of Sawmill Campground to the Angeles Forest Boundary (just north of Horse
Camp)."

Anyone know what that's about? Sounds a bit ominous...
