[pct-l] Merrell Moab ventilator

I used them for my section in 2011. I wore one pair for 1000 miles. The
upper was still in fine shape, but the tread had mostly worn off and the
foam (midsole?) had degraded significantly such that it fit my feet a
little too much like a glove and causing some weird pressure points. My
average total weight with pack was ~150 lbs and I walk softly.

Overall I was pleased, but if I used them again I'd replace every 750-800
miles or so. Most likely next time I'll just use some type of trail
runner/athletic shoe for faster drying and lighter weight.
