[pct-l] Does foot size increase on long hike...and how much?

Sorry about that, I hit a wrong button.

By my AT hike, my feet simply never hurt and never swelled up at the end of
the day.  So, there was a big increase in size that was permanent, but as
they've gotten stronger, the daily soreness and swelling has ceased.
