You got a very good price on the tyvek.  So good that I think it may have been mispriced.  In any case here are the prices quoted on line, they match pretty well with what I remember from looking at tyvek in the stores.  The 2inch tape is in the $12 to $15 range, the 3ft wide is quite a bit more.  Home Depot has the better price.
