[pct-l] Google Earth Pro is free now

The biggest benefit to me as a hiker is being able to print maps at high
resolution.  If you've tried it before with the free version, you knew that
the printed maps were blurry due to low resolution.  Now it's greater than
300 dpi, and makes it a fantastic option if you want printed satellite-view
maps.
