[pct-l] Stehekin Fire Detour

The Goode fire has closed Hwy 20 and has cut off access to Rainy Pass from the West. A hike across Cascade Pass may be possible for the next few days, but the fire danger is real and construction will start soon cutting off access to Cascade pass for everyone.
