[pct-l] Shuttle rides from Darrington to Rainy Pass for detour

​Plans are coming together. Got some past hikers monitoring when the hikers
come out to the road from the fire detour up here near the Suiattle Bridge.
They will run you to Darrington for resupply and then run you to Rainy
Pass. It's a 4 hour round trip for them to help the hikers. Please pack the
cars full and each of you leave them a 10 spot. They are doing you a huge
favor with their shuttles. You help them with gas costs and they will
probably hang out the rest of the closure this season. It will take a day
of extra from Stevens Pass to Darrington. Grocery store in Darrington. Then
a 2 hour one way ride to Rainy Pass. If you miss the folks at the roadway
when you come out of the woods....here's a phone number for the Darrington
Forest Ranger.  360.436.1155.  He is in on the transport plans. Also if you
see a Snohomish County Deputy ask him. He's also aware of what's going on.

We are getting daily updates from the Public Information people for all the
fires up north. Have maps and info when you get here.
