[pct-l] Water in Techapi

There was a small cache at the road. Otherwise I'm wondering if you are not planning to Resupply at that point to either Mojave or Tehachapi anyway. There's a huge list of trail Angels in the register near the trail head at Willow Springs Rd. Also you can call the dial-a-ride to pick you up 8 miles later at the Cameron road trailhead to go to either town for a dollar. You can also walk next to the RR tracks to the left 1 1/2 miles to road to Tehachapi,easy hitch into town.
