[pct-l] Recommendation for PCT thru-hiking shoe (to replace Inov-8 Roclite 315's)

As another recent post about what "the best trail shoes are" pointed out,
Altra Lone Peak shoes are worn by many long time hikers and can be ordered,
at least on their website, up to size 15. I myself just got my first pair
of size 14 Altra running shoes and fell in love quickly. I've used Inov-8
(which I like too) so the transition from their 3mm drop to the 0mm drop of
the Altra shoes shouldn't be a hard. I love the Altras because they have a
big toe box, even if they look a bit like clown shoes at size 14, because
their particular shape is magnified. If you want more (or less) cushioning
other models are available, as the Lone Peak has medium cushion.
