[pct-l] Marmot driclime

I had a CAMP anorak style wind shirt (got it on sale for $30!) for several
years that I was very happy with, but it seems to have disappeared since I
last wore it hiking in the Andes this winter.  I have been eyeing the
Montbell Tachyon anorak, which is just a hair over 2 oz.  But Montbell
basically never has sales.
