[pct-l] PCT Water Report : NorCal and Oregon Added

Hello All,

Halfmile and I have added more sections to the water report at
<http://pctwater.com/> pctwater.com. We added Northern California starting
at Sierra City (Mile 1,195) to Cascade Locks, OR (Mile 2,144) and I
populated some entries with info from my 2014 thru-hike. NorCal and Southern
Oregon can have some pretty long waterless stretches so we hope this will
help to plan your water for these sections.
