I had problems with cold feet in the sleeping bag when I was younger.
I used those chemical hand warmers in small packs that you strike and
the chemicals cause heat. They aren't very heavy and last a long time.
I put one in the bottom of my sleeping bag wrapped in clothes, because
they can be pretty hot initially. I also used to heat water and put it
in a water container wrapped in extra clothes in the bottom of my
sleeping bag. Now I don't get cold feet as much, probably due to the
fact I have more body fat.

I also used to massage my cold feet before sleeping and sleep in
different socks than I hiked in.
