[pct-l] Survey about bike use on the PCT

I really don't think these surveys that PCTRI
has posted will amount to much.  They are
just trying to identify the best places for
Mountain Bikers to ride the PCT if the
Mountain Biking Ban is lifted.  It's an attempt
for them to be looking like they are doing something.

The chances that Mountain Bikers would get
the ban overturned are very small.  If they felt
they had a leg to stand on, they would have
sued the Forest Service by now.  After all, one
of PCTRI's biggest supporters is a hot shot lawyer.

It's very clear in every document about the PCT that
it is intended for hiking and horseback riding.
