[pct-l] In need of a lift from Barker Pass in early July

Hi everyone!

Thanks as always for your tips and insights and interesting conversations
on the thread.

I'm going to be hiking a short 4 day trip on the trail this summer,
culminating at Barker Pass. I have a flight out of Reno-Tahoe in the early
afternoon on July 7th and am hoping for a lift from Barker Pass to either
Tahoe City or (a ways farther...) to the airport.

If anyone is heading that way and can fit a woman and her backpack in their
vehicle on the morning of July 7th, I would appreciate it more than you
know!

Any tips or other ideas for getting out of Barker Pass and to the airport
would be great to hear. I've had walking to Tahoe City suggested (sadly I
won't have the time), or trying to cab it.

And if I can be so bold as to ask for even more suggestions: I'm still
investigating the best way to get from Reno-Tahoe to the backpacking store
at Echo Lake. I've heard that there is a bus but can't find too much
online. I even called TART and they weren't a whole lot of help (though
they certainly tried).
