[pct-l] Cooking with canned gas

My experience with doing 2 cup boils (on average):
Pocket rocket type stove with a wind screen:  6-7 L per 110g canister (12-14
boils)
JetBoil:-10-11 L per 110 g canister	(20-22 boils)

One important point - To get the most from your canisters, keep your fuel
warm (in your sleeping bag or jacket pocket) any time you are going to use
it below about 40F.  If you don't, it may start but it will selectively burn
all the propane in the mix (because propane has a lower vaporization temp)
and when you need the propane on a cold morning it will already be used up
and the canister won't start - even though you can hear fuel sloshing in the
can.  It won't start because only  butane will be left in the tank and
butane won't vaporize under 32F (someone can look up the exact temp , but
that is close.)  So if you treat your canister right when it is cool outside
(under 40F), it will treat you right when it is cold outside (down to about
10F).

If you could give a rough idea of how long each of these canisters will last
from your experience, taking 2 cups of 40* water on average,  to the boiling
point, it would be very helpful to me and I'm sure to others as well.
