[pct-l] Hat Creek District Trail Conditions and Burney Falls Detour

We just got back from a 5 day trail maintenance trip in the Hat Creek.  All logs between the L.V.N.P. and Burney Falls St. Pk. have been removed.  Some areas of trail has been brushed, some not.  There is still a detour in effect in the St. Pk. starting where the PCT crosses the river above the falls.  A feeder trail takes you to the road west of the PCT.  Follow the road to the North till beyond the St. Pk. Border to a camp road that you can take a short ways North-East to rejoin the PCT.  The detour is in effect to allow a timber thinning contractor to remove trees and operate machinery within the park in the vacinity of the PCT.  It is flagged.
