Great hostel in Old Town.  I stay there every year coming and going from 
Yosemite. Highly recommended.

I'll be flying into Sacramento from Arizona next Saturday, 3/15, so I
can volunteer with the Pounder's Promise log-out operation on the PCT in
the Hat Creek Ranger District. My ride to the project will pick me up in
Sacramento early on Sunday, 3/16. Is there anybody in Sacramento on
whose floor I could spend Saturday night? Contact me off-list by email
