[pct-l] Bear video

I may be a skeptic... I am... but it makes me wonder if they didn't have 
a ham sandwich and were teasing the bear with it or something. If I had 
a bear following me like that the last thing I would do is video tape 
it. Unless this was a GoPro or something but it didn't look like it and 
looked handheld.
