[pct-l] Data Book Discrepancies

Don't use either book. The most accurate mileage is Halfmile's mileage
(say that three times FAST: Halfmile's mileage, Halfmile's mileage,
Halfmile's mileage), which is the same mileage as my book "Yogi's PCT
Handbook" (with Halfmile's permission).
