[pct-l] Getting from Bend to Elk Lake Resort

Hey folks, does anyone know if Lloyd Gust is still providing rides in the
Bend area?  If not, does anyone know of someone who is? I'm going to be
finishing up the piece of the trail that I missed in my 2012 thruhike due
to achilles tendinitis.  I'm looking for a ride for me +1 from Bend to Elk
Lake Resort on August 16th.  Appreciate any leads!
