[pct-l] Trail conditions between Willamette Pass and Diamond Lake

The highest section of the PCT for OR/WA  is in that section at 7,500' so
I'm betting there's still snow as there's still quite a bit at 6,000'
around Mt Hood.  That being said, I don't have any first-hand info.  I just
know there is typically snow in places that I'm always surprised of in
early/mid summer.
