[pct-l] How to get to Sonora Pass from I-5, Castella

I need some advise on how manage the logistics of my last section of the PCT, Sonora Pass to Castella, early September.

When I was here last I left a car in Dunsmuir at a very nice little motel. I was planning the same and getting a ride up to Weed, CA and then taking the greyhound bus south to start, (Stockton?). From there I'm at a loss as to the best way up to the trail at Sonora Pass.

Thoughts? Stategies?
